Sola Soma began the way many powerful things do...

—quietly, with a handful of women who believed in something more.

It started as a grassroots gathering. Just a few of us, drawn together by a shared desire for deeper healing, real personal growth, and access to trauma-informed support that felt safe and sovereign.

 

We were looking for connection.

For a way forward that honoured the complexity of womanhood of sisterhood.

What we found was that when experienced, heart-led facilitators meet a circle of women ready to rise, something profound happens.

Now, through Sola Soma, we’re creating space for that kind of transformation. We’re building toward a broader vision that includes a container where women anywhere can access community, support, abundance mentorship, guided growth, and self-led discovery.
